At Glamsecret, we celebrate the act of discovery. We work with small vendors around the world to share their products, some of our products are shipped directly from our overseas vendors. Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often unavoidable, so all our shipping times are only guidelines and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

In light of the current environment, our delivery service is still active. 

However, due to enormous demand, and the measures taken by the government to deal with this health crisis, shipping and delivery delays are therefore to be expected.

Please note that we need 1 to 3 business days on average to process your order before shipping it. Rest assured that we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Once your order has been shipped, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is 8 to 16 business days. Please take into account holidays that could affect delivery times.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS?

STANDARD DELIVERY: Standard delivery time is estimated between 8 and 16 business days. With tracking number included.

FOLLOW-UP OF YOUR ORDER You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS, if you have provided a cell phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package, you can visit our Tracking Page. Please allow 1-3 business days for tracking information to appear.

I ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately by e-mail at help@glamsecret.store .If the address is incorrect, we can correct it within 24 hours.

RETURNS By placing an order with Glamsecret, you must pay the cost of returning the order to Glamsecret. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information on how to make a return.
