RETURNS POLICY
Return Policy
To begin making a return, within 30 calendar days of delivery, please return your item to our address below and contact our customer support team at help@glamsecret.store to confirm the return.Please return unopened new items within 14 days of delivery. Simply contact our support team at help@glamsecret.store if you have any questions regarding your return.
If you are shipping an item worth more than $20, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
Any product you return must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. Please keep the receipt of the e-mail.
When ordering, please make sure to choose the right size, color, etc. of your product to avoid any returns for exchange.
We cannot accept returns of refused or rejected packages, abandoned packages and packages returned outside of the return procedure.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at help@glamsecret.store
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a number of days.
LATER OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping To return a product, you must send it by mail to the address provided by our customer service department: help@glamsecret.store. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
